Tai Chi is an exercise through which we connect with the essence of our energy, learn to harness it, and let it flow naturally – harmonizing that energy.

“Tai” is taixu which means the highest, the greatest and the remotest, “xu” means emptiness, Taichi (in Chinese) means the great void, the universe, absolutely empty, lack of substance, but is full of energy. Tai Chi is the highest and final state which all Kungfu practitioners long for.

Taichi provides strength and flexibility to the body, tranquility and serenity to the mind, and brings a sense of well-being
to the practitioner. It rejuvenates and revitalizes. For those who are not familiar with Tai Chi, it can perhaps be thought
of as a moving form of yoga and meditation combined.

The schedule can be discussed. Buy 10 times of each kind of culture classes, enjoy 10% off.
